How much will my delivery cost?
Your Delivery is FREE if you order over £50 in value
For orders under £50 your shipping costs will be as follows:
Normal delivery (approx 3-5 days)
Total weight under 1kg £3.95
Total weight over 1kg £4.95
Express delivery (approx 2-3 days)
Total weight under 1 kg £4.95
Total weight over 1kg £5.95
Unfortunately deliveries to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland will incur a surcharge of £10 in addition to the delivery charge and deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly incur a surcharge of £12
Courier deliveries to these locations may take an additional 1-2 working days.
How long will it take to process my order?
Order processing takes up to 2 working days depending on what time of day you place your order, though we hope to process it within 1 working day
How long will does delivery take?
Delivery is by generally by Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on size, weight and value. Estimated time for standard delivery is 3-5 working days and for Express Delivery is 2-3 working days.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Unfortunately some areas have a surcharge on deliveries, please see: How much will my delivery cost for more details. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, please call our Customer Services on 07816886535 before placing your order if you require delivery outside the UK
Is a signature required on delivery?
A signature is required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
If there is no one to accept your delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the package from a local Post Office, or if it has gone back to the sorting office you will be given instructions on how you can re-arrange delivery.
Delivery Schedule
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received
